This policy describes how the Donna Read-only Connector (the "Application"), a private internal application operated by Prins Cleaning and Restoration, LLC, operating under the Prins Holdings name ("Prins Holdings", "we", "us"), handles information it obtains from QuickBooks Online. The Application connects only to the QuickBooks Online companies of Prins Cleaning and Restoration, LLC, Yankton Cleaning and Restoration LLC, and Black Hills Cleaning and Restoration LLC (the "Companies").
After an authorized administrator of a Company approves the connection, the Application can read that Company's accounting data made available through Intuit's QuickBooks Online Accounting API. This may include company information; financial reports such as profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and accounts receivable and payable aging; and accounting records such as invoices, bills, payments, expenses, customers, vendors, accounts and employee-related records available through the API.
The information is used only for the Companies' own internal financial reporting, analysis and management. The Application is designed not to modify data in QuickBooks Online.
Access is limited to the Companies' owner, people the owner authorizes, and internal software tools operated on the Companies' behalf. We do not sell or rent this information, and we do not use it for advertising.
To produce reports and analysis, the Application uses an artificial-intelligence model service provided by a third-party provider (currently Anthropic). Accounting data relevant to a request may be sent to that provider for processing, under the provider's commercial terms. Apart from service providers we use to operate the Application, we do not share this information with third parties unless required by law.
The Application runs on infrastructure controlled by Prins Cleaning and Restoration, LLC. Connections to Intuit use encrypted HTTPS. QuickBooks access credentials are stored on that infrastructure with access restricted to its administrators. We take reasonable measures to protect the information, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Most information is retrieved from QuickBooks Online when needed. Reports that are deliberately saved for later reference are kept for up to seven years and then deleted. When a Company disconnects the Application, its QuickBooks access credentials are deleted and the Application stops retrieving that Company's data.
An administrator of a Company can disconnect the Application at any time from within QuickBooks Online, or by contacting us. Requests about saved information can be sent to the address below.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
