These terms govern use of the Donna Read-only Connector (the "Application"), a private internal application operated by Prins Cleaning and Restoration, LLC, operating under the Prins Holdings name ("Prins Holdings", "we", "us"). By authorizing the Application to connect to a QuickBooks Online company, you agree to these terms.
The Application is intended only for Prins Cleaning and Restoration, LLC, Yankton Cleaning and Restoration LLC, and Black Hills Cleaning and Restoration LLC (the "Companies") and their authorized owners and administrators. It is not licensed or offered to anyone else.
When an authorized administrator of a Company approves the connection, the Application uses Intuit's official QuickBooks Online API to read that Company's accounting data for internal reporting and analysis. The Application is designed to be read-only: it is built not to create, edit, post, submit or delete transactions or other records in QuickBooks Online.
Each Company's connection is authorized separately by an administrator of that Company. A Company may disconnect the Application at any time from within QuickBooks Online, or by contacting us at the address below. After disconnection, the Application stops accessing that Company's QuickBooks data.
Reports and analysis produced using the Application are for internal information and management purposes. They should be reviewed against the source records in QuickBooks Online before being relied on for financial, tax or legal decisions.
The Application is provided "as is" for internal use, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Prins Cleaning and Restoration, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.
QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. The Application is not made, sponsored or endorsed by Intuit. Each Company's use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit's own terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
